Postby David Bousfield » Thu Feb 15, 2007 4:56 pm

The server is running Windows 2000 Version 5 Build 2195 Service Pack 4
THe tape Drive is Quantum Value DLT Tape DLT VS160

Even when I prep the tape using backup assist (which all goes OK) I get the following error on every tape can you please help.

An unexpected condition has been detected. Please examine the warning and take the appropriate action. Details:
BackupAssist warning #15025
Description: Unable to get partition information for partition D58753618FDC40FBA29154D35A84F42E on tape Media created 15/02/2007 at 06:43 - 1
Error number: 5
Error description: Internal error: 5 (Invalid procedure call or argument)
Error source: BARSM

Thanks Dave B
