License lost after Win10 Aniversary Edition Upgrade

My PC received the (unwanted) MS Windows 10 Anniversary update the other day. Not sure if its related or not but when my weekly backup ran last night I got an error stating my Backup Assist license key was invalid. Are others seeing this?

"BA56 The backup job has failed because the required licence is not active"

Sorry to hear that you've had issues after the update. We are yet to see this issue reported.

Just went into the program manually and under licensing it listed my original key but said no keys were active. I clicked on the activate button and all is good now. Suspect another typical Win 10 Update issue. That OS update is just not ready for prime time.

Hi Pascal,

It's Stuart here, thanks for posting.

As the original poster mentioned, go into Help > Licensing and click on the activate/reactivate button and the software will become licensed again.

I already tried to reactivate my licence but I received the following error message : "The Key is already activate on another computer". Which is not true, obviously. It has just happened after I applied WIndows10 update.
