MSM - Editing / Remote Session problems

I'm using 8.4.2r1 on all clients and have MSM installed. Everything's licensed (no demos).

MSM is working to the extent that it's communicating with the clients and reporting status back correctly.

When I try to edit a backup job or start a remote session I get an RDP file download, but when I click on the file I get a RemoteApp error "The connection cannot be completed because the remote computer that was reached is not the sone you specified.". I don't have a problem connecting to the remote computer with a regular RDP session and DNS is configured correctly (there's also nothing in the hosts file that would cause this).

Has anyone come across this?

Can you send the BAMM diagnostics from the corresponding install to the one you sent today?

The diagnostics can be sent from BAMM by clicking on the name in the upper left corner, and then select support.

Can you please post a reply on how to fix this?
i have the same issue with version 9.0 and submitted a support call with BAMM diagnostics.

One of the suggestions was using IP instead of hostname. I don't have issues with hostname using Remote Desktop from the same PC.
Wonder if you can suggest where do I change from hostname to IP on the client?
