How run Hourly and how run twice a day ??

I have two situations:

a- a customers needs to run backup each 30 minutes
How can I do this ?

b- another customer needs to run the backup in the following manner:
Sundays - Full
all other week days - run Diferential at 12:00 and at 20:00
How can I do this ?

C- The file protection
How can I schedule to run the mirror check each 10 minutes ?

How can I do this

Once you have setup the System Protection backup, you can go to the Scheduling tab and select the option to run the backup multiple times a day, setting iot to whatever frequency you like.

b- another customer needs to run the backup in the following manner:
Sundays - Full
all other week days - run Diferential at 12:00 and at 20:00
How can I do this ?

You would likely need two jobs for this, a System Protection running at 12:00 and 20:00, along with a second job System or File Proection job running the Full on Sunday.

C- The file protection
How can I schedule to run the mirror check each 10 minutes ?

You can't. There is no facility to run the File Protection job every 10 minutes.
