USB Flas Drive
I am evaluating BackupAssist. I installed the software and am trying to backup to a 16gb Kingston Flash Drive. I see the drive in Windows Explorer but BA is telling me that there are no devices. Any ideas?

Yes it is formatted with NTFS. Trying to do a file backup.

My name is Casey, and I'm with the BackupAssist team. Thanks for posting on our forum.
I'm not sure if you were aware, but the only backup engine we offer that supports the backup to a flash drive is our File Archiving engine. If you wish to backup to a flash drive, you'll need to create a new backup job using this engine. For more information on how to create a job using file archiving, check out the link below:
