PST backups Exchange 2013

We upgraded from Exchange 2010 to 2013 and can't do the PST backups like we did with Exchange 2010. Could we please see the same PST feature for Exchange 2013? I can't imagine this would be difficult to do since Exchange powershell cmdlets can make backup PST files easily from user mailboxes.
