I am sorry that you are having so many issues. I will let our management team know about the issues you had with Zen.

I would like to look into your issue with detail can you submit the system diagnostics for me to look at.

To send us diagnostic information please follow these steps:
1) Go to Contact Support (from the bottom-left corner of the console) ->Contact support
2) Fill out the form and ensure that the Submit system diagnostics checkbox at the bottom is ticked.
