This should probably be handled by the sales department but I could not find a more appropriate forum than this one.
I was encouraged to renew early with my Upgrade Protection Plan expiring on 11th Dec 2015. My new purchase shows my new expiration date dated from my renewal date of today. So I lose 2 1/2 months of coverage!
That does not seem reasonable and must be a software problem. Will you be able to bring my concern to the attention of a person who can correct my new expiration date? Old Order #297631 New Order #3515168
