Backup destination with variables

I want to specify a backup destination using variables to achieve this:
folder: %YEAR%KW%CALENDAR_WEEK%
file name: %WEEKDAY%.zip

e.g.: 2016KW16 \ Di.zip

How can this be done?

I'm sorry, but a destination of this type is not supported.

The backup destination has to be a static location from the O/S standpoint, meaning a mapped drive, a specific network location, or a device ip address.

Yes of course, I'm planing to use a network share like this:
\\backup_dest_server\share\2016KW16\Di.zip
