Hyper-V backup (Exchange or files)

Hello,

is it possible to backup a part of an hyper-v machine ? Just some files or just Exchange for example.
In the exchange doc example, exchange is running on the server running BA, so you can select the exchange database directly.

If I select a VM guest (system backup or files backup) in the selection screen then all the .VHD attached to this VM are backuped. I wish to backup juste some files or just Exchange part. Is it possible ?

The only way to backup a part of a guest is to have BackupAssist installed on the guest. At the host level we are backing up the entire vhd (vhdx) file for your guest because it is a file on the host we cannot backup just an exchange database for example from the host.
