Notifications not sent

Hi,

BA V 9.5.3

Settings and test for sending mail work perfectly and we receive the test mail in seconds.

But we don't receive notifications for the daily backup. We tried to change mail, remove the backup and recreate, but still, the rapport never arrive (we have check the spam).

Any idea?

Hi there,

Thanks for posting on our forum.

We've recently released v9.5.4 which addresses some issues with notification e-mails (see our release notes at https://www.backupassist.com/BackupAssist/history.html).

Can you update to this version to see if this resolves your issue also?

Thanks for the reply.

I guess I have to wait for the french version release. I will let you know. I manage about 20 BA and this is the only one with this error.

Hi again,

The French version of v9.5.4 should be available already. Have you contacted your local distributor regarding this issue you're having?
If not, I'd suggest doing so as they'll be the best to help you with it.
