Just updated from 7.4 to 8.4 and forgot to deactivate license key first. What are the steps to get my key reactivated.

It's Tim from BackupAssist.

Send in the licence key details to support@backupassist.com and we can deactivate the key for you.

You will then be able to activate it in version 8.
