Best backup scheme with this data and hardware?

I have a 2012R2 Server with approx. 850GB of data.
I have available 3x NAS devices with either 5.8TB (RAID1) or 11.6TB (RAID 0 or JBOD). A 2TB external USB3 drive may also be available. The NAS devices support iSCSI.

Could you please advise on the best scheme for backing-up up this server while retaining as much data as possible? Data growth in the next 12 months should be, at most, 25%

To run incremental image backups to the NAS, you will need to run the backup to a Data container on the NAS, otherwise each backup will be a full backup.

We would recommend running System protection backups that will support bare metal restores.

In addition to System protection backups, you can also run File protection backups for redundancy purposes.
