Error when creating a bootable media

Version 8.4.0r1 on a Windows 8 Pro x64

When i try to create a recovery media i get the following error :

I've uninstall and reinstall .. same issue.

Are trying to create from installed OS or from an inserted disk? Can you try the alternate method?
