Backing up Echange 2013 mailboxes to PST

Is the ability to do this something you plan to provide soon, or is Exchange 2013 inherently a problem?

Hi,

It's Tim from BackupAssist.

Unfortunately, Exchange 2013 will not support the mailbox add-on backups to PST.

The Mailbox add-on engine does not support this as it is dependent on Exchange MAPI which is no longer available on Exchange 2013.

You will need to backup the Exchange EDB file and use EGR to restore individual mail items from the Exchange backup.
