Thanks for posting on our forum.

Based on the image you've posted, it appears that your network share that you're writing the backups to does not support NTFS information.
Please take a look at the following knowledge base article for all known resolutions to this issue:

Once you resolve the BA712 warning, then the BA705 warning will automatically disappear also.
