Restore error ": An entry with the same key already exists"

Hello.
This morning i tried to recover data from my backup and i obtained the following error

Avvio di Connessione percorso di backup (connecting backup path)
Connessione percorso di backup Riuscito (backup path connected)
Avvio di Rilevamento catalogo (Finding catalog)
Rilevamento catalogo Riuscito (Catalog found)
Avvio ripristino (starting restore)
No reboot required
Ripristino non riuscito con eccezione: (Restore failed with exception)

System.ArgumentException: An entry with the same key already exists.

Obviously no data was restored at all.

Windows Server 2008
BackupAssist 7.4.5
Backup to nas (incremental and complete)
File archiving backup (zip files)
The zip files are present and readable

Any suggestion ?

The problem is quite urgent as we need to recover our lost data.

It's Tim from BackupAssist.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with restoring from your backup.

As you are running an Italian version of BackupAssist, I suggest that you raise this case with our Italian distributor.

You can email the support team at: supporto@achab.it

Also send in system diagnostics for them to review via the steps below:

1) Go to Contact Support ( via 'Help > Feedback & Support > Click on Contact Support

2) Fill out the form and ensure that the Submit system diagnostics checkbox at the bottom is checked.

If this does not work:

3) Launch the Diagnostics.exe file located in the BackupAssist install folder: C:\Program Files\BackupAssist v8\Diagnostics.exe
