Error ba3004

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have a client that RSync’s their data to us and we recently moved a folder to another drive(H). We added the folder in its new location to the backup selections and created a new folder called ‘H’ and pasted the folder inside. Upon checking the backup this morning the following error occurred BA3004 Requested action not supported. I have tried emailing this to support but it is returned with a vague error.

The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still fails, contact your system administrator.
