Scheduled backup not running - nothing logged

Hi. We've had a single job run at 1am every night for the last 8 months, but since 27th Feb it has failed to run. The BA event log doesn't even show an attempt to run it, no errors, nothing. It's as if the schedule did not exist. Tonight I manually started the job and it's running okay.

What can I do to get the schedule working again please? I had clicked on "Cleanup service" earlier in the day but it didn't help.

Setup: BA 6.1.2 running on Win 2008 R2 with Hyper-V. No extras installed (such as granular restore). The backup job zips up a VHD file (VSS is checked) and encrypts it to a RDX drive. It's 32GB of data and takes about 25 mins to complete.
