Tech Support.

I have upgraded two of my clients to the latest version 6.0.2 (as well as my own installation). I have a serious problem with each installation. Instead of taking just barely over an hour to run the exchange brick level mailbox backups, I'm finding that they are now taking not just 2x or 3x as long but almost 10x longer than before... This is a severe degredation in performance and I need help in figuring out why.

I'm also finding that I cannot even send out a diagnostics report - the tool gets all the way to the end and then after 10min states that it cannot send the diagnostics :(...

Has anyone else experienced the slow performance after the upgrade? Is this a known problem?

Please assist asap!
